Marcin has more than 20 years of investment experience. He has worked with private equity funds Advent International, AIG Capital Partners and Tar Heel Capital, and has also been an investor and a member of the investment committee at Giza Polish Ventures. During his career, Marcin has led projects for manufacturers, innovative construction companies and the media. He also has a great deal of experience in e-commerce, e-travel and new technology projects.
Marcin has served on the management and supervisory boards of numerous public and private companies.
He is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics.
Jakub has more than a decade of experience in investment banking.
At JP Morgan Chase & Co. in London and Warsaw he advised on over 30 transactions including M&A, capital raising and debt restructuring.
He has also worked at the management consultancy Roland Berger, and was an advisor to the management board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
Jakub has served as a member and chair of the supervisory board at a number of private and public small and medium-sized enterprises.
He’s a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics and completed an exchange program at the London School of Economics and Political Science.
Piotr has a unique combination of experience in investment and management. At the private equity fund Highlander Partners, he was responsible for investments in Central and Eastern Europe. He has also served as the management board president of a Value4Capital portfolio company, as well as a consultant in the advisory company Alvarez & Marsal (formerly Kolaja & Partners), where he ran operational management and restructuring projects.
Piotr has served on the supervisory boards of companies from a variety of sectors, and has advised venture capital funds on developing portfolio companies.
He’s a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics and a CFA charterholder.
Zenon has more than 20 years of experience in M&A transactions. He has worked with private equity funds ARX Equity Partners (formerly DBG) and 21 Concordia, where he was responsible for investment projects in e-commerce, healthcare, innovative services and manufacturing. At ARX and 21 Concordia he combined investment practice with the role of CFO.
He has also served on management and supervisory boards for many portfolio and public companies.
Zenon is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics and a statutory auditor.
