Investment criteria
- We invest in B2B companies operating in innovative and fast-growing sectors that are designating significant funds for research and development.
- We’re interested in companies with profitable exports and ambitious growth strategies.
- We invest at the level of €3-12 million, taking significant stakes, with a horizon of 5-7 years.
Added value
- We work with management boards to prepare
a multi-year growth plan even before the transaction. In it, we consider investment plans, export growth and streamlining operations. - Our experience, knowledge and competencies allow us to support companies’ growth on markets outside Poland. We have valuable contacts among advisors, experts and managers in various sectors.
- We provide capital that allows companies to seize the potential of growing markets.
Common goals
- We carry out the mission of institutional investors who have entrusted us with capital from programs supporting the development of Polish small and medium enterprises: the Polish Development Fund, the European Investment Fund and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
- The goal of our business is the growth of our portfolio companies. We invest our knowledge and time, as well as our own capital.
How we work
